
Grith Skovgaard Ølykke
Biography
Grith Skovgaard Ølykke has a MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law (2006) and a PhD in EU law from Copenhagen Business School (2010), where she was employed until 2019, since 2017 as Professor (wsr) in Commercial Law and EU Market Law and Commercial Law. She is still an external lecturer at CBS.
Grith has numerous international publications primarily in the areas of public procurement law, State aid law, and the interaction between these two areas of law. She is a member of the editorial board of Public Procurement Law Review.
In 2017, Grith took leave from her position at CSB and was employed as Commercial Law Consultant, at law firm Poul Schmith in Denmark, where she is now Partner and advises clients on State aid law, procurement law and general EU law. Grith is on a 80/20 employment at the law firm and VUB, respectively.
She is Guest Professor at the Brussels Centre for Competition Policy, where is works on a research project on State aid control, funded by the Swedish Competition Authority.
